Tickets are a revocable license to fulfill items, entry, or services. Management may, without refund, revoke this license and refuse admission or redemption for non-compliance with these terms or for disorderly conduct. Unlawful sale or attempted sale subjects tickets to revocation without refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen or counterfeit and so may be void. You voluntarily assume all risks whether occurring prior to, during and/or after this event. You agree to release the organization, facility, participants, Saffire and their respective affiliates and representatives from responsibility and related claims. You grant unrestricted license to use your image or likeness in photograph or video by the event and its respective agents.
By proceeding with a purchase from Traverse City Tourism, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this disclosure regarding refunds.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending an event. However, due to the nature of event planning and logistics, we are unable to accommodate refund requests, including but not limited to:
Disputing charges processed by or on behalf of Traverse City Tourism including by its partner, Saffire or SaffireTix, may result in being blacklisted (banned) from future purchases and should not be used a method for obtaining a “refund."
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling of the event by Traverse City Tourism, ticket holders will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at our discretion.

Liability Warning and Event Rules: Please Read Carefully
By purchasing and using this ticket, you acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. Your participation in the event signifies your agreement to assume all risks associated with attendance and releases the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or claim arising out of or related to your attendance at the event.
Assumption of Risks: Attending the event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury or illness arising from accidents, negligence, acts of other attendees, performers, or event staff, and unforeseen circumstances. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold the organizers harmless for any injuries or damages incurred.
Ticket Refunds, Exchanges, Duplication and Third-Party Sellers: There will be no refunds or exchanges of tickets allowed. All sales are final. Do not make additional copies of this ticket; duplicates will be rejected. Beware of third-party purchases; event organizers do not authorize ticket resale and tickets may be fraudulent. Event organizers reserve the right to require photo ID for entry and venue information and rules will be provided only to those purchasing tickets directly from the event organizer. Unlawful sale or attempted sale may subject tickets to revocation without refund.
Rain Date: If circumstances require a scheduled event date to be canceled, the rain date will be Sunday, September 8, 2024; tickets for the canceled date will be automatically honored on the Rain Date without reissue.
Behavior: As a ticket holder, you are responsible for your actions and behavior during the event. You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the event organizers, staff, or authorities. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or removal from the event without refund and may be subject to further legal action.
Release of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release and discharge the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and their respective agents, employees, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your attendance at the event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, theft, or loss.
Recording of Event: Video and audio recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout this event. We request attendees to refrain from capturing any footage or sound, as it infringes upon privacy and intellectual property rights.
Personal Property: The event organizers and venue will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or property brought to or left at the event. It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings and take necessary precautions.
Health and Medical Considerations: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and physically capable of attending the event. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special needs, you should consult with a healthcare professional before attending the event. The event organizers will not be liable for any health-related issues arising during or after the event.
Photography and Recording by Event Organizers: By attending the event, you consent to be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded. You agree that the event organizers may use such recordings for promotional, marketing, or other purposes without further consent or compensation.
Notice of Rules and Prohibited Items: Event rules and a list of prohibited items will be posted on the event website and emailed to those who purchased tickets directly from event organizers. Please review the information before attending and ensure your compliance.
